Technology and HACIL

Hello Families,

If you are waiting on a computer, I am so sorry for the delay. My order that I placed back in July is still not here. I hope for better news soon. Thank you for your patience.

If you are still having a “filter” problem, please contact the HACIL office to get that removed/replaced ASAP. We would be happy to help you through this process.

If you have any troubles with your HACIL computer, remember that the Hayward Public School is my Tech department and DO NOT TAKE THE COMPUTER TO ANOTHER SOURCE FOR HELP. The public school sets up the computers in a way that they are tamper proof :aka: will NOT work if you try to have an outside source change internal settings or “fix” them. Please do not take your HACIL computer to Best Buy or the Apple Store to fix a problem. Please let me know of your issue and I will get my tech department involved. I may even have a computer you can use temporarily  if they need to keep it for additional work.
