4 cups Rice Krispies
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons baking cocoa
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup solid coconut oil (LouAnne brand)

In a large bowl, mix Rice Krispies, powdered sugar, cocoa, and coconut. Over low heat, melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and allow to cool slightly. Add to Rice Krispie mixture and stir until well combined. Spoon mixture into cupcake liners and refrigerate until firm. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. If you use regular size liners it will make about 12, but you could use the smaller liners and make 24.
