Banana Sheet Cake

Cake
1/2 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
2eggs
1 cup sour cream
3 mashed bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Frosting
1/2 cup butter
1- (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
1 pound confectioners’ sugar (I think that’s about 3 cups)
2 tablespoons milk

Cake
Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, sour cream, bananas, and vanilla. Add flour, soda, and salt. Mix well. Spoon into greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until cake tests done @ 375 degrees. Cool.
Frosting
Cream butter and cream cheese in mixing bowl until light. Add confectioner’s sugar, beating until fluffy. Add enough milk to make it spreading consistency. Spread on cake.
